Phoenix Burst Data Retention. We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as legally required. Customer data is retained for as long as the account is in active status. Data enters an “expired” state when the account is voluntarily closed. Expired account data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, the account and related data will be removed.

When data is no longer required:

  • Electronic records are securely deleted
  • Physical records are shredded or otherwise destroyed
  • Backups containing personal data are securely purged
